Architects Pty Ltd was known prior to October 2004 as Anthony Cooper &
Associates Pty Ltd which was established in 1968. The name was changed following the
retirement of the founder of the practice, Anthony Cooper, in a manner that recognises the
company's origins. Since 1968 we have maintained our focus on the provision of architectural consultancy services within Canberra and the region. Our practice undertakes a wide variety of projects requiring detailed planning, competent and innovative design, documentation, contract administration and building inspection founded on a complete understanding of construction techniques. The scope of work undertaken by AC&A Architects includes site assessments, feasibility studies, formulation of briefs, master planning and design studies, full traditional architectural services, interior design and post-occupancy evaluation. Our firm's projects include original designs for, and major refurbishments to, aged care facilities, civic buildings, offices, recreational facilities, educational buildings, embassies, laboratories, health facilities, heritage buildings and housing. |
