 AC&A Architects are able to undertake projects that employ a variety of construction delivery methods, including public and selected tenders, project and construction management. Our office is also able to administer projects using the Australian Standards forms of contract and the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA), endorsed Australian Building Industry Committee (ABIC) forms of contract for government, corporate and individual clients.

AC&A Architects have one of our two architect-directors in charge of each project. This ensures that work is carried out to a professional standard and in accordance with our established procedures and policies. Through this policy our directors are able to directly communicate with clients through all project stages.

In each of our commissions we emphasise the need to:

  • establish the needs of each client through adequate resolution of the project and constantly monitor the design against the brief
  • explore the various options in the initial brief stages to achieve the optimum solution for each client
  • thoroughly document all projects to clearly communicate the design requirements and minimise the risk of variations and delays
  • tightly control contract accounts and regularly report to each client
